I guess i'll start with the hardest one. Saveing... I'm useing the windows .bat to start it up. It loads with no errors, and people can connect just fine. The problem is, anything I do, build areas, build objects, build anything, will not save! Another problem is, is new charactors will not save either! Its driving me nutz. I can ingame type save, or areasave, then reboot the mud and all the information, new charactors, areas, objects, are gone.. Please help me. I'm useing windows 98, and agian i'm useing the .bat file to start it up.

Second question is this, how to I transport an already created item to me instantly? I know how to transport players to me, but I want to be able to trans an object that is already made to my inventory so that I can start to wear/wield stuff. Also, this won't do any good unless the above is taken care of first.

One last thing, My charactor is the only thing saved in the game, and thats becuase I edited the pfile so that i'm level 65, odd then is, when server shuts down, all the pfiles that were created disapeer, like I see new players in my player directory but then when the mud is rebooted or shut down they disapeer. Oh yeah, I do have a backup folder with a-z in it.

Huh.. I think I figured out a bit more of whats going on. Problem is, is this is makeing this a little bit deaper. Alrighty, I use the startup.bat to load it up everytime so i'm guessing thats why everything is reloaded except my charactor. Now if I try to use the .exe file to continue the game, it runs for about 3 seconds, saying a ton of errors manly skill errors, then shuts down quickly. How can i edit this so I can play it and save.

Also, i've tried useing cywgn, but it gives me errors when tyring to make files and start it up.
